Designing a digital magazine about visual design and music

Self initiated project
Resonant Form is a project rooted in two things I love and know well:
visual design and music.
I decided to start writing about both, exploring how they connect and interact with each other from the perspective of an Art Director, and whenever possible, helping people learn something along the way.
After a short unsatisfying experiment on Substack, I decided to build a full platform for the project: a visual identity and brand assets, a dedicated website, and an Instagram account to share the new articles.
There are still things I want to tweak and improve, besides writing new articles, so it's an ongoing project, stay tuned !

I designed a logo using the letters "REF" only to make it more impactful.
Also, I enjoy the idea that they evoque the word "Reference" which seem appropriated with the subject, as a curated niche list of symbiotic music tracks and visuals designs, and actually referencing each other.
The logo also includes brackets as secondary elements used for its animation.
